Account and Data Deletion
If your Taleora version includes an account, request deletion by emailing lannniaga@gmail.com. Use the subject line “Taleora Account Deletion Request”.
Include in your request
- The email address or account identifier associated with the request, if applicable.
- Your country or region.
- A clear statement that you want the account and eligible associated data deleted.
What happens next
We may ask for reasonable information to verify the request. After verification, eligible account and associated service data will be deleted or anonymized within the period required by applicable law. Records required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal compliance may be retained for the required period.
Paid services: If your version includes a recurring purchase, deleting an account does not cancel it. Manage cancellation separately through the payment provider identified in your purchase record.
